Our Services
With a full, dedicated team in China and Vietnam, our staff can visit the factory at any stage during production and will conduct an in-person inspection of the final product prior to final payment. This face-to-face interaction not only strengthens our relationships but also adds a crucial layer of accountability to your supply chain.
Factory Sourcing & In-House Factory Audit
Sourcing suitable factories based on buyer product requirements, followed by a rigorous in-house factory audit.
Product Development
Creation of drawings or sketches for buyer confirmation to ensure all details are correct before samples are made. We can also work with pictures provided by the buyer with required amendments.
Pricing & Quotations
We ensure quoted prices are within the buyer’s acceptance price point. Multiple factory quotations can be provided for buyer selection.
Sampling
Upon confirmation of product details and pricing, samples are produced by the factory for buyer confirmation. The completed sample requires the buyer’s formal sign-off for approval before mass production begins.
Product Inspection & Quality Control (QC)
Our inspection services are catered to your specific product requirements and budget. We have vast experience inspecting all furniture categories, ensuring compliance with international quality benchmarks.
Quality Assurance
Sample Review Report
A detailed report is provided to the buyer upon completion of the initial samples.
Pre-Production Sample (PPS) Report
A PPS is made based on the buyer’s signed-off sample. Mass production will use the PPS as the definitive standard to follow.
Inline Report (Optional)
Inline Reports can be conducted upon the buyer’s requirement. These reports cover the various stages of production, such as wood cutting, product assembly, and more.
Final Quality Inspection Report
Products are thoroughly inspected based on the international Acceptable Quality Limit standard,before shipment.
